Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Claudius Gabriel, a sole proprietor operating as "RunCore AI" ("RunCore AI", "we", "us"). By signing up for or using RunCore Scheduling or any RunCore AI product ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Description of service

RunCore AI provides AI-powered scheduling assistants that capture booking requests, check availability, and book appointments on your behalf by connecting to your calendar (such as Google Calendar) and, where applicable, your CRM. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Accounts and setup

To use the Service, you'll need to connect a calendar account and provide us with the business details your assistant needs (services offered, hours, and similar information). You're responsible for keeping this information accurate and for the accuracy of what your assistant tells customers based on it.

Fees and payment

Setup fees and monthly subscription fees are billed as described at signup and on our pricing page. Additional usage beyond your plan's included hours is billed at $16.80 per additional hour of booking conversations. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Booking-request handling and consent

RunCore Scheduling answers and may record or transcribe calls to your business in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of call recording and AI-assisted call handling complies with the laws applicable to your business, including any call-recording consent requirements in your jurisdiction. You should inform your callers, where legally required, that they may be speaking with an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to impersonate any person or business other than your own, or to interfere with the proper working of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The Service is not designed for, and must not be used to process, protected health information (PHI) or any data subject to HIPAA. Customers in healthcare must not use the Service for that purpose.

Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Google Calendar or GoHighLevel) that you authorize. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or errors originating from those third-party platforms, though we'll make reasonable efforts to keep our integrations working with them.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages (such as a calendar provider or other connected service provider being down) may affect availability from time to time.

Intellectual property

RunCore AI retains all rights to the Service, including the underlying software, prompts, and middleware. You retain ownership of your own business data and content you provide to us.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RunCore AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed bookings or scheduling errors, beyond the fees you've paid us in the preceding month.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
